Kchitij Tiwari (KT) is the Director of Jury Law and advises clients on trust structuring, commercial matters, and complex property transactions. He works closely with business owners, investors, and families to structure transactions, protect assets through trusts, and provide strategic legal advice on commercial issues.
KT regularly assists clients with business acquisitions and disposals, property developments, trust structuring, and high-value transactions. He also advises on commercial disputes and regulatory or enforcement matters where careful strategy and commercial judgment are essential.
Before entering the legal profession, KT spent more than a decade managing businesses across New Zealand, China, India, and Fiji. That experience allows him to approach legal matters with a strong commercial perspective and practical understanding of risk.
He leads the firm with a focus on pragmatic advice, efficiency, and building long-term relationships with clients and professional partners.
Jeeta is an Associate at Jury Law and advises clients across a range of property matters, including residential and commercial conveyancing, refinancing, and related transactions. She works closely with clients to ensure matters progress efficiently while providing clear, practical guidance throughout the process.
Admitted to the bar in 2019, Jeeta began her legal career as a Police Prosecutor, where she developed strong advocacy skills and a practical understanding of court procedure. She later moved into private practice, gaining experience in general practice before focusing her work on property law.
Jeeta holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Auckland and an LLB from Auckland University of Technology. She is known for her pragmatic approach, clear communication, and steady support for clients navigating complex legal matters.
Outside of work, Jeeta enjoys staying active and is a keen gym enthusiast and sports lover.
Graham is a highly experienced property lawyer based in Christchurch, bringing over four decades of legal practice.
Admitted in 1986, he has advised clients across a wide range of residential and commercial property matters, including conveyancing, refinancing, trusts, estate planning, and asset structuring. His approach is practical and focused on achieving clear, reliable outcomes for clients.
Graham has extensive experience in the Canterbury region and has worked closely with clients on property matters arising from the Christchurch earthquakes. This includes transactions involving earthquake-affected properties, insurance repairs, and EQC-related issues, where careful legal assessment is critical.
He joins Jury Law as a Consultant, supporting the firm’s clients in Christchurch and the wider Canterbury region. Graham continues to offer a mobile legal service, meeting clients at their home or workplace where required, ensuring a flexible and accessible experience.
Graham works closely with the Jury Law team to provide clients with the benefit of both local knowledge and the firm’s broader property and commercial expertise.
Hana is a Solicitor at Jury Law and works closely with clients on residential property matters. She assists with a wide range of conveyancing transactions and plays an important role in supporting clients through the due diligence stage of property purchases.
Hana regularly reviews auction documentation, undertakes title analysis, and assists with the preparation and review of sale and purchase agreements. She has developed a strong understanding of how contractual terms and registered interests interact, helping identify issues that may affect a client’s position before they make binding commitments.
She is known for her careful and methodical approach and for explaining legal concepts in a clear and accessible way so clients feel informed and confident throughout the transaction.
Hana is Māori and affiliates to Ngāti Rangi. Outside of work she enjoys travelling, spending time with friends, and attending concerts.
Stefeny is a Solicitor at Jury Law with extensive legal experience both internationally and in New Zealand. She assists clients across a range of matters including property transactions, estate planning, and relationship property matters.
Prior to relocating to New Zealand, Stefeny practised law in Malaysia for many years, appearing in court and handling a wide range of civil litigation matters. Since her admission in New Zealand in 2021, she has continued working in general practice, assisting clients with both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Stefeny also advises clients on wills and enduring powers of attorney, helping individuals plan for the protection and management of their assets.
She is fluent in Malay and enjoys working with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Sabehah is a Solicitor at Jury Law and works closely with clients on residential property matters. She assists clients with sales and purchases, refinancing, and related conveyancing transactions, helping ensure each matter progresses smoothly from start to finish.
She completed her Bachelor of Laws with Honours at the University of Waikato and brings a careful, detail-focused approach to her work. Sabehah is committed to providing clear guidance so that clients understand each step of the process and feel confident throughout their property transaction.
She takes pride in building strong client relationships through reliable communication and a practical approach to resolving issues as they arise.
Outside of work, Sabehah enjoys reading, writing, photography, and going on road trips.
Barry Green
Specialist Legal Land Consultant
Barry is a former Senior Land Registrar at Land Information New Zealand (LINZ), where he held senior decision-making authority for over 12 years.
He now advises on complex land and title matters across New Zealand, working with over 200 law firms, surveyors, developers, and local authorities.
Barry is typically engaged where matters have become difficult — including stalled subdivisions, LINZ requisitions, complex title issues, and resource consent complications. His experience inside LINZ allows him to anticipate how issues will be assessed and resolved, and to guide matters through to registration efficiently.
He works closely with councils, surveyors and legal teams to resolve issues at both the planning and registration stages.
Areas of expertise include:
- Subdivision structuring and management (including unit titles and large-scale developments)
- Complex LINZ requisitions and title issues
- E-dealing structuring and compliance (Primary Contact for over 80 firms)
- Resource consent and survey coordination across multi-party developments
Barry works with the firm as a specialist consultant on all subdivision and land development matters, supporting our legal team on complex land and title issues.
Frankie is a Senior Registered Legal Executive at Jury Law with extensive experience in property law and private client matters. She assists clients with residential and commercial conveyancing, as well as the preparation of enduring powers of attorney, wills, and estate administration.
Frankie qualified as a Legal Executive in 2013 and has developed strong expertise in managing complex conveyancing transactions with efficiency and attention to detail. She is known for her organised and proactive approach, helping ensure matters progress smoothly for clients.
Frankie is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives (NZILE), recognising her experience and professional contribution to the legal executive profession.
She is fluent in Punjabi and enjoys working with clients from diverse communities.
Caroline is the Customer Service Executive at Jury Law and plays an important role in supporting the firm’s client experience. She is often the first point of contact for clients and assists with coordinating appointments, managing communications, and ensuring matters are directed to the appropriate members of the team.
With more than 20 years of experience in customer service, Caroline brings a strong background in administration, client relations, and communication. Her organised and professional approach helps ensure that clients receive timely assistance and a welcoming experience when interacting with the firm
Caroline supports the legal team by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, answering and directing calls, and assisting with day-to-day office administration.
She is known for her friendly manner, reliability, and commitment to delivering excellent client service.
Jasmine is responsible for business development and marketing at Jury Law, supporting the firm’s growth and brand presence. She works closely with the team to coordinate marketing initiatives, manage communications with industry partners, and help ensure clients have a positive experience when engaging with the firm.
Her role includes coordinating marketing campaigns, managing brand and graphic design work, supporting professional relationships, and assisting with the firm’s external communications and events.
Jasmine is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Design at Auckland University of Technology, majoring in Design with a minor in Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship. She enjoys applying her studies in marketing, business, and design directly to her work.
Originally from Kāpiti and now based in Auckland, Jasmine brings a creative, organised, and proactive approach to her role.
Ajit is the Practice Manager at Jury Law and oversees the firm’s operational and administrative functions. He works closely with the Director and the wider team to ensure the practice operates efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service.
With over 12 years of business experience, including three years as a financial adviser, Ajit brings strong commercial insight to the management of the firm. His role includes overseeing business operations, marketing and business development initiatives, human resources, information technology, and internal systems.
Ajit plays a key role in supporting the continued growth of the firm by strengthening processes, managing strategic partnerships, and assisting with operational decision-making.
He is particularly focused on building strong teams, maintaining integrity in practice management, and ensuring the firm continues to adapt to evolving technology and industry requirements.
